Performance Review - June 2019
Dear All,
One of the two main performance reviews in the year is started. Please find Performance Review form & Feedback form in this email attached files and complete them from June 14st, 2019 to June 21th, 2019 as request.
Besides you can find evaluation guideline in “Competencies Mapping” and OKR examples for reference.
I also resend some hints from Triet Ho:
“Just want to share some hints:
- For All:
- Competencies section:
- List whatever you think they are your key values in past year (if you don’t know which competency your item belong to, then just pick the nearest one. Just to make sure you don’t miss your important values)
- You should pick some key examples during your works as evidences for each competency. They will add significant values to your assessments.
- For more details of the expectations of 6 competences (Communication, Client Relationship…), please refer to the attachments.
- Objectives section:
- Don’t forget to include your main responsibilities in your current project
- Plan to take extra/advance works to grow (list accurate works that you want to do)
- For Reviewers:
- I would suggest to have a preview session to provide feedbacks for your member’s first version so that people have the second chance to update. (forget this if you already did)”
