Sport activities policies

The whole world is running, and @Waverley Software Vietnam we would like to support all Wavners getting close to the world trends. And as a result, we signed a new policy for running activities as below:

Effective date: 1/1/2020

Effective time: 1 year. And will be considered to renew before its expiration 

Who can join: All Wavners

Activities 

• Official joining public qualified running events
• Distance: The first time can be 5km, the rest must be from 7km and above

Benefits that Waverley Software Vietnam will supports

• The fee of your running ticket (we trail 20M for this year, first come first serve)
• For event in HCMC, you need to form a team of 5 Wavners or above to get the ticket fee
• One day of vacation will be added to your profile for events outside HCM city
• Vacation approval (99%)

Steps to process 

• 1. you pay the fee and join the event
• 2. Send your registration info to [email protected] as your registration for this game. This will help us manage the budget.
• 3. Prove that you joined the event successfully (before cut of time via result record and some images)
• 4. You will receive your money back in monthly salary ( as OT, for example)

Note: This policy is not applied for the person who sent this policy 

Beside this policy, we are also keep looking for organizing the events that similar to the techcom event. So, feel free to let me know if you have the info.
